Things for kids in Kent is really pleased to bring you The Good Birth Practice, who help you lovely pregnant ladies deal with the changes your body is about to make in preparation to giving birth.

Charlie is a fabulous, passionate person who loves helping couples through what should be the most amazing experience you will go through. She will teach you special relaxation techniques & with her no holds barred style, she will teach you exactly what to expect and how to prepare your mind and environment ready for your big day.

Charlie says:

"I am not here to tell you what to do. Nor is my job to tell you which birth options are appropriate for you. My purpose is to give you straightforward, unbiased information about what your body is going to do and how. It's to help you understand the part your body & your mind play. It's to encourage you, and give you the tools, to identify what a good birth means to you. And it’s to empower you – with confidence & vocabulary – to work towards a positive, healthy birth for you, your baby and your partner."

The Good Birth Practice offer Hypnobirthing classes, courses & workshops in a private setting or in groups in Sevenoaks & Tonbridge, Kent.

The Private Course will take pace in the comfort of your own home and will focus on your incredible pregnant body, boosting your mindset, practical advice for you & your partner, skills of relaxation & so much more.

Group Courses cover the same as the private course, only you'll share the experience with 4-5 other couples. This is a 4 session course and each session last's approximately 2.5 hours.

Charlie also offers free hypnobirth workshops, so a great way to see if hypnobirthing is right for you and your partner.
